- 2 bananas (ripe) mashed
- 1 cup plant milk cashew, almond or oat
- ½ cup vegetable or canola oil
- 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup brown sugar
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 2 cups flour
- ¼ tsp nutmeg
- ¼ tsp ginger
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
- 1¼ cup chocolate chips
Preheat oven at 350°Grease or line a loaf pan with parchment paper (we use parchment paper)Mix mashed bananas, plant-based milk, oil,vinegar, vanilla and brown sugar.Add in four, spices, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Fold in chocolate chips.Bake for 60-70 minutes.
