Banana Bread

Ingredients
  

  • 2 bananas (ripe) mashed
  • 1 cup plant milk cashew, almond or oat
  • ½ cup vegetable or canola oil
  • 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 2 cups flour
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg
  • ¼ tsp ginger
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • cup chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven at 350°
    Grease or line a loaf pan with parchment paper (we use parchment paper)
    Mix mashed bananas, plant-based milk, oil,vinegar, vanilla and brown sugar.
    Add in four, spices, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
    Fold in chocolate chips.
    Bake for 60-70 minutes.
