- 5 tbsp za'atar
- 1/3 cup olive oil
Garlic Sauce
- 1 head garlic
- 1 tsp sea salt
- fresh squeezed lemon juice (half a lemon)
- 1/2 cup neutral oil (I used grapeseed)
