Ingredients
  

  • 1 banana
  • 10 strawberries
  • 1 scoope plant-based protein powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • water and ice

Method
 

  1. Add banana, strawberries, protein powder, vanilla, maple syrup and a bit of ice to a high-speed blender. Fill to the 'full' line with water. Blend until smooth.
