In a large bowl, mix together the mashed bananas, sugar, ground flaxseed, oat milk, plant-butter, and vanilla.Add in the flour, oats, baking powder, baking soda, spices and salt and gently combine.Feel free to add in about 1/2 cup walnuts or sneak in the same amount of dairy-free chocolate chips. Divide into a mini loaf pan. Sprinkle with oats or chocolate chips for a bakery-style look. Bake for 20 minutes until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
