Crispy Coated Fries

Ingredients
  

  • 6 small potatoes cut into fries
  • 1/2 lemon juiced
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • salt

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425℉
  2. Wash and cut potatoes into fries. Dry well with a kitchen towel then place in a bowl.
  3. Add lemon juice, soy sauce, and olive oil to the bowl and toss. Add spices and salt and stir until all veggies are coated.
  4. Spread the fries over the baking sheet and bake until the fries are golden and crispy, about 30 minutes, turning halfway through.
