- 4 flax eggs Mix 4 tablespoons of ground flax with 10 tablespoons of water and let sit for 5 minutes
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 4 tbsp plant-based butter Becel Vegan or Earth Balance work
- 4 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 ¼ cup cocoa powder
- 3 tbsp plant-milk
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ cup flour
- 1/4 cup dairy-free chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
Preheat oven at 350°Grease or line a 8 inch pan with parchment paper.Mix flax eggs with sugars. Add in plant butter, oil, plant-milk and vanilla. Next, stir in cocoa. Add flour and salt. Fold in chocolate chips and walnuts.Bake for 45 minutes.
