Ingredients
  

  • 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup plant milk unsweetened
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Whisk together oil, sugar, & milk. Add vanilla and cornstarch. Fold in remaining ingredients.
  3. Bake for 12-15 minutes until edges are golden brown.
