Olive Oil Chocolate Chip Cake Cookies
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup plant milk unsweetened
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350
- Whisk together oil, sugar, & milk. Add vanilla and cornstarch. Fold in remaining ingredients.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until edges are golden brown.
